Littletree Saddles

Our aim is to provide saddles for our customers that not only stay in position once fitted but also help both equine and rider gain the optimum comfort, without compromising on quality and style.

 The founders of Littletree Stud have worked closely with leading craftsmen to produce a saddle the has been carefully designed and specially created to fit the wider horse or pony.

 We have, backed, trained and competed many different ponies very successfully for the past ten years in our sadddles.

With reasonable demand and positive feedback from customers and friends, we have decided to now offer them for sale, enabling people to have their very own Littletree saddle.

Along with this we have also designed our very own bridlewear as well as showing and training accessories, which are also used on a day to day basis by us.

The Bodini Show Saddle

Our classically fitting tree is hand made in Wallsall, England and they are hand crafted from top quality leather. Our traditionally made frames are made from genuine birchwood, with metal strappings and fixings. In spite of modern technology, research shows this is still the most versatile and robust foundation for producing saddles for modern day riders’ needs. It provides safety and security, whilst ensuring flexibility for your horse.

 Here at Littletree we feel the saddle is one of the fundamental connections between horse and rider and one of the most important elements of their partnership.

 Littletree saddles are produced on a special tree design that is extra wide in the head. This means the saddle fits over more of the breadth of the wither ensuring better weight distribution on the back, benefiting both horse and rider and ensuring the saddle stays in the correct position.
